Eye Disorder from Drugs
SYMPTOMS vary. Prednisone or other corticosteroids may cause cataracts (lens
clouding). Corticosteroids or other drugs used to control high blood
pressure may cause glaucoma. Some tranquilizers, some anti-inflammatory
agents and some drugs used for allergies may cause blurred vision. Double
vision may be caused by some antihistamine drugs for allergies.
TREATMENT. Consult your doctor immediately.
